Before joining IBM Research , I held a research position at the University of Toronto's Computer Systems Research Institute (CSRI). The position was supported by an ITRC grant to Bill Buxton, Paul Milgram and myself. I worked in the Input Research Group of the Department of Computer Science, and in the Ergonomics in Teleoperation and Control (ETC) Laboratory of the Department of Industrial Engineering.
